Indeed firstly a wall around my house and to take out the old fence. Then , secondly I need a small rondaval house with thatch roofing and a newly developed house for the finish off just next to the kids small RDP. Hi, I am in the process of purchasing a farm with a main building and a number of cottages. I need a quote for the main building only, which is approximately sqm. I would like to inquire about both a renovation of the existing thatch or a complete replacement. The existing thatch roof condition is as follows: 1. The dressing has been combed out and the transverse wires are visible; 2. The dressing thickness is well below the South African National minimum standards of mm; 3. The roof capping will have to be replaced; 4. There is no flashing and waterproofing at the juncture of the thatch and parapet walls (Main reason for falling damp internally) Please assist with a quote
