I was charged with possession of live ammunition in November , but since I was charged I have never made a court appearance. When I tried to ask the investigating officer as to why charge me and not present me before the court, at first he said he was waiting for ballistics report on the one ammunition they found on my car. Then later on said that my docket was in court to determine if it go on for prosecution, when I later followed up on that he explicitly stated that I must never contact him ever again.

Good day, This case has been ongoing for quite some time, and each time we appear in court, the files are either missing or something happens that prevents the matter from being presented. Last week, the acting attorney issued me with an affidavit and insisted that I sign the court documents. My question to the attorney was: where did the file suddenly come from, as I was under the impression that it was missing? To add to this, my attorney who was originally on the case has since withdrawn. Kindly please advise and assist.

Bring an application for contempt of court against Keana for repeated breaches. Ensure my child’s best interests are protected, including his right to a relationship with both parents. Secure a stable, enforceable visitation arrangement free from manipulation and gatekeeping. This case is about upholding my child’s best interests and ensuring the Court’s authority is respected. I have resigned at my work and have almost 52 leave days.According to their clause it says I must take at least 10 days per annum. I have worked there 2 years and 11 months now they are saying the leave they can pay is only 18 days, I feel it is not correct because at minimum I should get +_36 after they have forfeited. On a worst case scenario I should be getting leave pay of 32 days based on the fact that I get 24 days per year
