Currently, the roof is made of corrugated gable and it leaks. It is necessary to remodel the entire roof to use corrugated iron as a hip roof. I need to convert my swimming pool into a greenhouse going through 5 phases. Phase 1: Converting a part of the pool into a water storage solution with a waterfall that flows into the pool. During this phase a foundation needs to be built to support the second phase. Phase 2: Construction of the ground cover with a staircase leading downwards to access the water storage. Hi there, I would like to renovate my apartment in Sea Point - it is an older building and apartment with lots of potential. I am looking to purchase a sqm plot in Eye of Africa. Upon it, I’d like to build a family house with a total of at least 6 bedrooms. Two will be in suite while the other 4 bedrooms will share two bathrooms, each with a bath and shower.
