Our tiles are popping and cracking /breaking from ground shifts and poor quality installations and product used by Baldwin - even the grout is crumbling. I suspect the apartment size of 68m2 includes the balcony which we can't redo due to complex rules, this is perhaps just more than 4m2 hence why I put 64 in the field.
