The thing my lawyer should know is that I don’t have money to pay for the lawyers. The person that I have been asking for divorce is giving me run arounds, it’s been years since I have been asking for that divorce because my kids are being affected. I just want you to know that I don’t want his money I only want DIVORCE.
Good day I am emailing on behalf of my mother. She has accidentally scratched a ladies car at her church; it was a very minor scratch and as it was a new car the lady took slight and have engaged the insurance to go after her to pay all costs. She has no insurance and does not work. They have told her the excess is one amount and she would need to repay that plus extra costs. The amount is very high... she is turning 75 and they've basically come up with a payment plan for the next 4 years... they have also instructed her not to forward the emails etc to a third party as its between them which I explained isn't legal as she has a right to legal advice. At this stage we want to know what her legal rights are and how much you charge for a consult to get advice on the options and if a letter is needed outlining this how much that would cost? Not sure what is required here, married 25years in community of property she left Kzn to move in with the boyfriend in JHB leaving me with the two children 13 & 19. There are no major assets besides a car which she took with her, there is still some more of her stuff in the house waiting for her to pick up... She used to be the bread winner but no longer works, but is trying to start a small business which she started almost a year ago.

I'm married for 15 years now I'm unemployed I have 3 children with my husband 21,17,15 of age my husband has never been fully responsible for us but he's working every month is excuses. He's mother is a pensioners and she is the one to help support me and my kids. My husband is always in debt not knowing what he does with he's money I've always been supported and understanding until up know to find out that he's having affairs outside of our marriage that's one of the reason he makes us suffer.. The reason why I can't find work is because I dropped out of school at the age of 16 years due to being pregnant with our first born.So since I've found out know that he's living double life's I want to take him to court for spouse and children mantanance I would really like you to help me to how should I go about this issue. Hes working for government he doesn't pay rent, we don't have a car he doesn't pay electricity or even having any accounts of sorts. Our two last born are still attending school but it's government school so we don't have to pay school fees except for buying school uniforms and stationary and when ever they needs other personal things at school and because the school is nearby they walk to school sometimes they don't even have food to take school so they will eat at the feeding sceem at school in total there's nothing this man is doing for me and my children I'm hopelessl I don't know what to do anymore so I'm only left with this option now please help me 😭😭😭😭😭😭
My ex husband and I divorced many years ago. My home is the primary residence. He never stuck to the amounts payable so I let him take the kids for half the time. He paid for school fees only for all these years but nothing else. He took care of everything for 2 weeks a month when they were with him and I took care of the 2 weeks when they were with me. He always earned 3 or 4 times my salary but his salary decreased alot over the past few years. I worked casually for a few years and currently my salary is less than 1/3 of his. Recently things have changed in his home environment and the kids don't feel emotionally safe. The kids are refusing to go to him. They don't even want to visit. We had several discussions with him and the kids have explained in detail but he says they are lying. I have witnessed some of the things. He is refusing for the school transport to pick them up and not willing to pay a cent for food if they don't come to him. He even said he won't pay school fees from April as he will now need to use that money to hire an attorney.
Husband kept from furniture and my bakkie. Currently staying without parentis without 2 todlers. He pay for chileens medical aid and school fees. Issue Come also without manganate.. court ruled reasonable school fees. What is reasonable..i must transport them also to crèche.. costs about R per month. I werk as a General assistent for my parentis to get some income. Applied all over for work without success.

Myself and my partner are in a customary marriage since . We have been having challenges in our marriage ever since and now we have irreconcilable differences. We are both working and we share two children under the age of 11, a property purchased in and two vehicles. Previously we were both in agreement for a divorce but she recently doesn't want a divorce but her behavior towards indicates otherwise. I want a divorce to escape the life we are living that is starting to affect my kids.
