Redoing a small narrow unsuite bathroom
Two bedroom, open plan kitchen & lounge, main bedroom needs to have an en-suite with a shower and a bath tub.
Retaining wall to be built along length of the house and as a support structure for sinking swimming pool . Foundation to be pinned. Large tree to be removed with root system to be killed off. Septic tank and sewage system to be replaced. Water and geyser system to be replaced/upgraded to improve water pressure and flow. Floor tiles to be removed so that foundation can be repaired. Tiles to be replaced. Major structural cracks on walls to be repaired.
I want to reroof the thatch with harvey tiles or install new harvey tiles if the thatch is too damaged to keep since it has leaks and too dusty.
