There also appears to borer damage to certain of the built-in cupboards, so I'd prefer some advice there too, and some wall tiling repairs to be done. I'd like to do a walk-through inspection with your principal to get an idea of what the project would cost, and an idea of how soon the job could be completed. I'm having fumigators in tomorrow, so perhaps Friday would be a good day to inspect the unit for quotation purposes. Assuming the quote is accepted, I'm looking get the entire project completed by end-September.

Roof paint or spray, remove gutters and replace with facia boards, about 5 tile have shifted but not leaking. The house is facebrick with about 1m on top that needs to be painted and front and back side have more plaster that needs to be painted. I would just like a approximate price.
