Roof looks if it has sagged a bit from outside view. It is leaking between the layers where the tiles over lapse each other and the water leaks on the wooden beams on the inside which i am worried about that it may causes rot. I fighting a full custody for my daughter which I'm supporting with everything since she was born. Her mother and I were in a relationship and broke. I went to family advocate office for assistance to get an equal right as a mother but could not come into agreement and the matter was referred to Motherwell court for assessment. Whilst we were busy with the process the mother passed away. I'm the only parent that is left but my daughter stays with her aunt and siblings. We want to turn our current canopy ("afdak") space into a braai area. There is a roof ready. We want to remove the paving, lay a foundation and build walls with a built in brick braai.
