The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. I am currently in the Free State and the property is located in Glenwood, Durban but there are tenants there. I can arrange with them for a time that will be convenient to visit the property.

Repair of steel structures – gates and carports (This includes removing rust and recoating with Duram NS4 Anti rust paint and repainting final coat. Colour to be confirmed) 3. Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5. We have a french drain that overflows with all the rain. Had it pumped out but didn’t help. Can connect to main sewerage system but have to pump it upwards. We would like to look at other options..maybe install a watertank that can collect the water from the washing machine and water used in doggy parlour in flat at the back of the house.
