It is a new site in a semi-rural area. This is a family house which we want to make a home away from my granny's home. Two garaged house with an ensuite in the main bedroom and another separate bathroom for guests, it must be an open plan lounge, dining room n a kitchen. The estimated project time frame is 2months.
