Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
The roof leaks when it's raining but the exact points of leaks are uncertain since half of the house has an installed ceiling. The main objective is to find the exact leaking points and repair them and recommend any improvements on the roof. The plan area of the roof is approximately square metres. The style of roof is scotch. The location of the house is in Boschfontein, Nkomazi Local Municipality.
1 Main bedroom (3 walls and 1 wall with window). 3 standard bedrooms (2 walls, 1 wall with window and 1 with wardrobes). Passage both sides. Living room (3 walls and one with sliding door). Reception room (3 walls and one with double window). Dining room (3 walls and 1 with window). Study room the size of a single garage (3 walls and 1 with window). Ceilings fir all those rooms. Ceiling needs some fixing. I need an estimate quote. Most of the walls are currently Grey and need to paint them cream or a homely color. Need quote to include the cost of the paint.
I have a double door garage and interested in a simple but smart carport with open sides and my house have no gutters I want the water from the roof to fall on the carport then to the garden in other words the carport should slant a bit to the garden which will be on the left from main gate.I had a net scotch type of a port but now have put some corrugated irons on the scotch shape but not happy with it at all.Want to give it a nice flat design
The roof needs to be checked on the main house, the tiles are very old and may need to be replaced , also the flat roof needs to be redone as the tiles are old and broken, also the roof trusses needs to be checked for damage and repaired/replaced if needed, also the garage roof needs to be repaired(metal sheeting)
Our holiday home at 9 Sydney St, Plettenberg Bay, has an old roof with fibre cement roof sheeting. This is old and breaking up with new cracks and leaks appearing from time to time. We need advice on the options and prices to replace the roof. We’d like to request a quote for the following activities: - Scoping and changing water usage at an office building; - This would include, installation of taps, which use less water; - Reduce bucket load of toilets/placing a brick in them or having spring mechanisms installed for no continued flushing by accident; - Water efficiency at the car washing area? They already use a hose. - We would like to implement changes that do not have to change peoples behaviors, rather work around those behaviors. i.e. reduce water coming out of taps for example, instead of trying to police people. - The office block has two levels and a small house area and a security house, this would then include o 2x women’s bathrooms, o 2x men’s bathrooms, o A bathroom for the apartment, o Bathroom for the security hut. We'd need the work to reduce water consumption by at least 20% and need a quote to approve funding requirements. Please let me know if there is any additional information I could supply. The funding is a fund we are fetching for a greening of a building. Funds will be released, we just need to know how much.
I have an old wooden floor in a room upstairs, for some years it was carpeted and we left it alone because no one was living upstairs. My daughter has now moved into the upstairs room and we need to get the wooden flooring fixed or replaced as it is making quite a noise. The dimensions of the room is roundabout 8x6.
I would like to build a temple.. basically new structure needs to go up. An old building needs to be demolished and then reset the foundation and put up new walling or pillars/polling. Then ofcourse a roof. I was thinking thatch. Although, out last roof was thatch and it got burnt. Also, I need to know the difference in costs with different roofing structure and pros and cons over time... Im overseeing this and doing some research, please get back to me asap. I want to give my deck area a shade net carport. I have approved plans for the shadeport but the other materials are too expensive. Extending carport and also fixing veranda with carport material which is leaking badly. Please separate quote for leakage and extension one. It could be 1 as an extension and one stand alone, as we have already the bigger size of 2. Please indicate if you can be able also to fix the veranda that is made of carport material.
