Representation at the CCMA hearing for unfair dismissal based on breach of trust. Said breach occurred two weeks before I got fired. I was allowed to continue working at the restaurant even after my hearing. Company was made aware of alleged breach of trust two weeks prior. I was able to continue working for two weeks then the hearing took place and for another week I continued working for the company. The breach of trust was because it seemed like I had fabricated counts, when I cant remember what exactly happened however I followed company policy and procedure yet I was still allowed to work. I'm seeking a ball park of costs that would be associated with going over my documents and then representation at the CCMA hearing that will take place on the 13th of November
I ve been working this company since as an call center agent then I go to receptionist then to junior director on on I check with cipc I found out Dat I resigned as the director without my knowledge now they dismissed mi without any paperwork and been told to train someone in our office
Dismissed on 5Nov Last work day 28 Nov No reason for dismissal?! I was let go by another one of my bosses employees and she wasn't aware of the reasonijg behind the dismissal. And my employer is ignoring my message. Further more, I was given one months notice yet as per my contract I have to give 2 months notice. I was under the impression that if I have to give 2 months notice, so does my employer? But I am not % sure what the legalities are regarding this.
Yes, I used to work for other company in farmers at MODIMOLLE, Alma. I worked there for about 1 year 9 months so I went back home now and the only thing that I need from them it's my money that I have already worked for. The other thing , I signed 2 contracts in a year but the last one , I didn't get a copy because he said I must sign so that he can get it back immediately so right now he asked me, when must he call so that we can discuss further.

I am in a Section process that appears unlawful. The company refuses to give any of the financial documents required for meaningful consultation. When I asked for disclosure the consultation ended immediately. I was then called into another meeting without their legal representative. The CEO gave verbal figures only and said he will not put anything in writing. He also told me the will not apply to myself or my husband but it will proceed against others and that we should not make waves. Many staff were retrenched in 1 day and salary cuts were implemented without any supporting documents. A process that should run for weeks was pushed through in two days. I have been sending emails to request documents and confirm each meeting but the company has provided zero paperwork. There are ongoing salary delays and stock shortages. The business has brought in around forty million rand this year which raises serious questions about the claimed financial distress. I need urgent legal assistance
I'm suspended at work because of accusations where by a security used a bag in cooler that had my name on it to place stolen goods and when I knock of he asked me to take it home with me. And I didn't know anything about stolen good we stay in the same yard now at work they believe that I was collaborating with him and he never told me anything he confessed after he was fired now the footage shows me smiling with him and they strongly believe I was part of his doings and I smile with almost everyone at work and I have a bubbly personality. I was even thinking of asking lie detecter test because when I speak during structured interview they twist my words
