I was put engine together while I was in the middle of assemble I NOTice engine not coming together right I did asked my boss he did help to finish then engine was not right after he concluded that I did damage due to I was not able to defend my self he said I must pay. I worked too month no warning or any written Amount to be paid. Then he start illtreate me so I saw that I better resigned before it get worse. I have lost confidence in my current attorney - who is unable to produce a Fidelity Fund Certificate as demanded by the magistrate. This maintenance matter is coming up to 3 years now, and postponed again until Jan 16 due to the attorney handing it off to an advocate "friend", who did not show up the morning of the trial, and then himself arriving 2 hours late and unprepared for the second day allocated for the trial the following week. I need a new attorney to take this over.
I resigned, I was asked to please return 2 weeks later on the same terms that I previously signed a contract for. After demanding A new employment contract I finally received one a month later with a salary reduction, which I then refused to signed.. I also had to sign a warning letter for taking a days leave that was approved. I was then sworn at and told to sign an agreement that I was not dismissed and I will have no case against them, which again I refused to sign because I did not resign or choose to leave.
