Semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms, lounge, small galley-type kitchen, small bathroom. I would like to utilize outside adjacent areas to create a more spacious feel without major building construction. For example I've already installed awnings at front and rear of the house in order to facilitate my objective of creating a more spacious-flowing appeal.
