Nothing to like, he was on time for the initial visit to quote, then on the first day with the workers for 10min, thereafter never came back. Spoke on the phone while the work was executed

The builder and labourer worked well, although they only received transport money, nothing more, while I as the client had to pay 80% of the quote. On the final day, the Labourer demanded money, and I had to calm him down, and force S.A. Future Homes to pay the labourer R1000. The builder still did not receive a cent, and asked me to pay him the remaining balance instead of S.A. Future Homes, in fear of not being paid for all the work. The remaining amount was less of what he should have received. I am grateful to the builder for showing up every day and finishing the work despite all the money issues.
