Archie demanded a 45% upfront deposit which was supposed to cover the materials like the paving bricks, cement etc. the funds given to him was not used to purchase materials. I was not able to rent out my home now for 6 months because the work is still not finished and he has been paid in full since. they left my yard with incomplete paving, plumbing was not done to completeness, they didn't know how to tile and wasted the tiles that I purchase by breakage....very unprofessional and lack of knowledge on how to measure etc. I would not recommend them, I now have to find new contractors to come and finish the job that was left.
