Paving to be inspected and re-sanded after three months. The area is sqm.
In regards to taking an animal with no permission consent and no attempt to try inform me re homing her while.i was in hospital and concealing the address and the people who have her. My belongings for her cat cage bedding. She does this with many other animals and believe that sheneex to be held accountable and to be stopped. And alow non profit and spca to deal with the re homing of animals that lady she had no right to do.
Taking with no consent my cat nd Re homing her at concealing the person who knowing have taken her beliving she was too.g to be put done. As well as property of mine cage bedding .She is not registered organization and has done this againsed the law refrained my character and belive need to be prevented in the future form causing trauma to animal and like me this time was not going to rehome her but a cattery
I have a full 20.4Kw/h system running 70% of the house and the other battery 5kw/h running 30% of the house. The 70% system is connected parallel through 2X Kinergier Pro 8.0s with associated MPPT’s connected to them. The 30% system is connected thru a Riio Sun inverter connected straight to the battery without the MPPT. Therefore in total there is 5 x Lithium Ion Batteries connected to 3 x Inverters supplied via 26 or so Solar Panels.
Hello I am at the very early stages on sourcing a building quote for a new home. We are planning to buy land and then build on it. The property will be in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. The piece of land is - sqaure meters which we are looking at. The house would at least: 4 bedrooms, double garage, swimming pool, scullery, laundry, perimeter wall and i would think in the region of to sqm but i have not idea on what this would get one. The catch is we are looking to build it in a way that we would could build - squares and then complete the rest later on if that makes sense. If you could provide some indicative ball park quotes that would be great so we can start planning as well as other costs we should keep in mind. Thanks!

I am essentially a consultant. I do planting design and source plants for projects. I sell a book that I authored. I run some private expenses through the business - not too much, as flying under SARS radar. However the company does have an accumulated loss. So it is a very simple business with some expenses and income, and member's loan transactions. I work in Sage One - so all expenses and invoices are in the system and reports are easy to access. However I do require someone to match/ correct the opening and closing balance, because automatic feeds in Sage leads to duplicates, which creates a discrepancy.
Good Day I am interested in having a Rhinoplasty or nose operation done. This as reconstructive surgery for a bridge and enhance the tip as currently I barely have a profile as my nose is rather small and flat. Requesting costs to get funds back from builder in PE , I made payment of R that did not go through with very slow internet and made another payment and both payments went through. The builder still have my keys to my premises which he had to hand in at our agent in JBay as we had people that wanted to rent for 5 Days at R per day and we could not rent the place to them because the builder renovator did not hand in the keys. The builder is Webber's Construction and Cabinets. He also removed the cabinet doors and I still have no proof that the doors was fitted again. He promised to pay the amount back on the 2nd of June. What can be done and what am I to do.
