I need a hot and cold water tap installed against the outside scullery wall. The hot and cold water piping are located against the wall within a metre at this location. The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance. The house was ransacked years ago and not only was the electricity meter stolen, but a lot of the wiring also.
