There was a company that erected carports at complexes and charged the complex a rental fee on a monthly basis. Not sure if you offer a similar service? Perhaps you know of a company? Price per carport +- 40 units ? The carports belong to the company and are not the property of the complex. A suggestion I would like to make to the Body Corporate

and forever is an NPC company focused on developing the youth on rural villages. The aim is to remove poverty among the young generation. We realized that a lot of villages have situated quite a distance away from town and find it difficult to travel to town daily, since transport is becoming tough considering the current situation caused by pandemic. By developing this web we wish to create the easy and accessible way to enabling all young people far and near to reach us with ease to establish their goal.

My wife and I are about to enter SA on Temporary Retirement and Spousal Visas. We will spend less than days per year in SA with our daughters and grandchildren. We are retired and are not required to submit tax returns in the UK - we receive an automatic Annual Tax Calculation based on our pension incomes. We qualify for Certificates of Residence in the UK. We have been advised that we must undertake a "Tie Breaker Test" with a SA tax consultant in order to be deemed as not being required to submit SA tax returns. Are you able to provide this service in Cape Town ?
The flat roof on the second storey of my house in Hermanus has a problem. As water is running down the inside of the length of the wall I suspect all the flashing needs replacing, & possibly the parapets need redoing too. One of the big six roof sheets might also be damaged, but it is impossible to know at this stage. Viewing of the roof will only be possible in about 10 days time, but I need a rough guess now as I have to have funds put aside in the next 2 days or loose them. I will not hold anyone to any estimate, especially as no-one knows what the problem is, I just need an idea of possible costs at this stage.
