Users should be able to send notification links on email and WhatsApp numbers to candidates to complete questionnaires. They use credit to send the links, ad shoud see how much they left with. As the Administrator I should be able to see status for those questionnaires, whether candidates started, in progress, or completed and be able to download those reports.
