We have a residential property which contains a main house and 3 flatlets. The flatlets are let out and the newest occupant is presenting problems. Since occupation in June, the other tenants and family who occupy main house are plagued by raucous parties, verbal abuse, vulgar language and week long parties at all hours of the day and night.
