I have a police clearance certificate and police clearance report, both are clear. I would like help removing the flag, i just don’t like the feeling of always being detained at the border every time I travel

Kindly assist with a quote for insurance purposes. In Oct I had a Geyser Wise Heating system installed by GWH (Gauteng water heating, which included an Eskom rebate on this system of R4 .00, the final total on the quote was R9 .98. I insured the system for R10 .00. In Jan the insurance broker contacted me to increase the insured amount to R15 .00, which I did. In Nov I upgraded the system (New installation of pipes, new PV Panel, new 12V pump, 2 new shutter valves, new non-return valve, leggings = Total R.00) In Oct the body corporate changed to a different insurance company and now the geyser wise system is no longer insured. They request a quote with the replacement value for the system before they will insure the system again. I do have a COC that was issued after the installation/upgrade. Please let me know if you require any further information.
Hi. I am returning to SA and intent on buying a 2 bed 2 bath home in a cluster facility. I am one person. I intend on installing a gas stove. I will need power during loadshedding for 1 router, 3-4 lights and fridge/freezer. I will require battery facilities, with a separate geyser solar facility. I am more interested in battery capacity in case of loadshedding. I will have a roof available for panel location. I would also like a charging station inside the driveway as I intend to buy a hybrid car. Please can you give me some indication of price/capability/ etc. Thank you.
Change my garage from two single doors to one long double door, motorise the garage door, fix/level the garage floor, tile the floor , paint the inside wall and reinforce the roof. Project to start in June but I need quotes this December when home for budgeting as I’m away for work now. Or can start December if can be completed 1st week January
Hi again! 😊 Hope you're doing well. Sorry it took a bit to get back to you — we’ve been pulling together the schedule and some info. Turns out we’ll need catering for more than just one day. There are three events over the wedding weekend I’d love to see if you could help with: 1. Bridal Bash (Friday 27th March ) Thanks again for the breakdown you already shared. If we go ahead, I’m happy to finalise options and portions closer to the time. Budget is around R8, for 60 women — let me know if that sounds reasonable. 2. Beach Picnic (Saturday 28th March ) A bit of an unusal ask, and probably off the menue of offering haha. We’ve arranged cooler-style baskets and would love to explore having your company prepare the contents. We’ll provide the baskets — it would be amazing if you could fill them with: • A sandwich or pita-style item • A selection of fruit • Some snacks • A sweet treat Open to your suggestions too! We’d need 40 baskets, each for 4 people. Happy to chat about quotes if you are able to assist. 3. Wedding Morning Breakfast (Sunday 29th March ) This would be for both the bridal and groom’s houses as we get ready. Thinking platters could work well. We’d need enough food for around 30–35 people (bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, makeup artists, etc.).
