We'd like to get our tenant off our electricity grid and be responsible for their own electricity. Please can I have a quote and how the process will work in the most simplified terms as possible. Please email or whatsapp message. I cannot take calls during my work hours. Thank you.
We deliver Aggregate. The customer collected the product from our plant. Several incidents happened which caused the customer to put a claim against . We did our own investigation and replied with a report of our own. The customer refuses the compromise and leaves the matter unresolved.
I need a building on a caravan site. The cement floor is 6.2m x 8.27m There is an existing bathroom and kitchen on the site and the new house must be build as close to the existing building as possible. There is currently 3 caravans on the site and they are rusted and needs to be removed. A very small 3 bedroom and living room must be build on the site. I did draw up a plan in but the person who drew up the plans didn't want to submit it for approval. I attached the plan but it is not approved by the municipality. The building must be face brick inside and outside. Please give me a quotation. Please give me a quote.
I want to ask, I am going through a disciplinary investigation, how long after the date of the letter must the hearing be held? The owner of the school told the manager to tell me when I went home that I am not allowed to go back to work and I have also been at home for 4 days after they told me I am not allowed to go back. I actually gave in my resignation on 18 March and the manager refused to sign it and now the letter of investigation says 30 March and hearing was on 02 April but I ONLY received the letter today 04 April. What should I do? How many days after a letter date is a hearing supposed to be held ?
A burst pipe or geyser in my house. , reported to SANTAM INSURANCE waiting, they cannot allocate a plumber... Blaming it on being a holiday. I do understand. So does this mean that emergencies can only be attended to on normal week days and working hours, NOT ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.... Now SANTAM asks me if I mabe know of a plumber who can atleast come isolate the water????? When I contacted the SANTAM PLUMBER assigned to come sort out the problem, 4 hrs later he says that his guy on duty is not answering his phone. The owner from STELLENBERG PLUMBERS... Bad bad bad SANTAM BAD BAD BAD STELLENBERG PLUMBERS😡😡😡😡😡😡
This is on behalf of a refugee who has been here since - with renewed refugee permits every 4 years. As of , Home Affairs stopped cooperating with regards to giving an updated permit. There is currently a standing application with the Standing Committee for permanent residence as the refugee has established a full on life here despite being born in the DRC. They have no life left for them there as they arrived here at the age of 4. I need a quote on what it would take to finalise the process with the standing committee
My house was built 15 yrs ago.It looks like the original roofers left the trusses in the garden in the rain and the warped slightly before assembly. Tiles (marley modern concrete) Have fallen off at regular intervals and been replaced originally under guarantee from the roofing company that is no longer in business.with time more and more tiles have fallen off and over time it looks like the trusses have become more warped and need replacement repair in places. I need a quote from a good roofer as to whether the roof can be repaired or if the mage might even require roof replacement..... hopefully not the house is only 15 yrs old. I need a top, reliable roofing company with a respected name and history to inspect the roof and quote me for a lasting repair.
We have appeared in Westgate Court for 3 appearances in Johannesburg CBD for assault of a minor. We would like to avoid trial. And we want to change our current attorney. The complainant has withdrawn their statement. Prosecution would like Senior Prosecution to appear in the next appearance to decide if case should go to trial.
I am looking for either two side by side gates for outside between boundary wall and wall of the house or one part can be a fence and the other part a pedestrian gate. The gaps of the fence in between can not be too big as we need to separate dogs from each other. They still need to be able to see each other, just not able to put their mouths through a gap. The total width from the boundary wall to the wall of the house is 1.77 m.
We are 80 employees who are seeking legal labour law representation. We are employed by South African Maritime Safety Authority, Marine Special Projects (SAMSA MSP). We are working on Patrol and Research Vessels for the South African Government. The Company we are employed by is an Agency, a division of SAMSA who is a South African Government entity. We have been working onboard these ships since .We sign three years contracts in succession, one after the other, without the prospects of permanency, without provident/pension fund, without medical aid, without any sort of benefits associated with being permanent employees. When you reach 65 years of age, you retire with nothing but your last months salary. We pay tax to SARS, UIF is deducted and only recently a discrepancy was discovered whereby our overtime rate had been at 1,25 for the last 9 years, instead of it being 1,50. Our tax code was changed many years ago, resembling office workers, when we are in fact Seafarers who are working locally, on South African ships, for the South African Government, sailing in South African waters. We feel that our labour law rights are being infringed upon by our Company and the matters of dispute can only be cleared up by going the legal route.
