Hello. I wanted to find out whether i am in the wrong side of the situation or i am right. I asked my girlfriend to finance a car for me back in because my credit score was poor and i was getting declined and she agreed without and legal paperwork hoping that our relationship will workout and things like that and it was a Kia Rio 1.4 tec. We broke up and i kept the car but eventually we rekindled things after few months. In i wanted to get my dream car and i asked her to trade in the Kia Rio for a Kia Cerato and she agreed again without any paperwork hoping the relationship will work out. In August we went to Chery AutoCity in Heidelberg for the kia Cerato and i got the car and everything was fine but me and her we were not staying together in the same place. In October the Kia Cerato gave me an engine problem but i managed to get it fixed to % operation but i wanted to sell the car because it was having too many faults and i felt like im losing my money on the car. then we decided to get back together to cohabitate and i told my girlfriend that i dont want to keep the car anymore because its like a money pit because my money will just end up on the car but the car was fixed and it was operational % but i just felt like selling to avoid future problems. We had planned on having another baby and we will definitely need a bigger car but i asked her that can i sell the car and we will then have a bigger car. I went to webuycars to get the car valued unfortunately the day i wenr their system was offline. After i moved in with her we then decided to sell /trade in both our cars Suzuki baleno (hers) and the Kia Cerato (mine) for a bigger car then we went to webuycars to get both cars valued and her car was valued at R and my car couldn't get value at webuycars that same day. We then went to Pretoria North Golden Era dealership where we got the Kia Cerato valued at R and a shortfall of R . We then decided to deposit R30 00 towards the new car (Haval Jolion Pro) for approval and better finances. Before deciding on the Haval we had debated on which bigger car we should go for and obviously consider our financial structure and there was a mix of A Suzuki Fronx in the conversation and she firstly wanted the suzuki Fronx and i highlighted few things to her with regards to the pricing of Suzuki fronx and haval and the features of what individual cars offers(see image/screenshot attached). After making the highlights to her i told her that if she insists on the Suzuki fronx then we should take but it was never the case to her and she mentioned that she prefers the Haval over Suzuki Fronx. Also before getting the Haval we did our calculations for having one car and the repayment of it and also comparing with the 2 cars. But either way we decided to move forward. My question is am i wrong for leaving the relationship as it is because we are fighting everyday about using the car and in some situations we must be in different locations at the same time and its not working. Will side of law will i face if i leave the relationship with the car and everything on her?
To extend the patio in timber so that we can accommodate a 2m table and chairs plus 2 arm chairs. The garden is new. Need fast growing large shrubs/trees along the boundary walls. Maybe a small olive grove on the left of the house. 2/3 graveyard cypresses along the driveway. Agapanthus, lavender, floribunda roses, grasses. Like the look of mass planting than skinny rows. Would love to fit in 2 large fever trees. This project is for July
I resigned from my position as a Branch Manager in Johannesburg. When resigning they done a stock take, which they asked me to be there for only one week of the stock take, in that time there was a stock shortages of Rk which I signed off as correct (this is what they asked me to check only the biggest items). Was to receive my salary on the 25th January with the rest of the staff, this didn't happen. I was called to a meeting with the owner and General manager on the 30th of January . They then wanted awnsers concerning the stock shortages that I had signed off earlier. I said I could awnser them as there is 20 staff members at that branch that all have access to the stock. How do they hold me accountable. When I enquired about my salary I was told they would not pay it cause of the stock shortages, I told them they could not withhold it cause of that reason, so they said they will just go and lay criminal charges against me. They then said if I sign a letter stating that I would owe them that Rk once my Provident money paid out they would then pay me my salary on the 30th of January . Since then I have just received a call from the owner stating that they have a signed agreement that I owe them that money when my Provident pays out, and if I don't pay them he will sue me. Under pressure been threatened with criminal charges I signed the letter of the stock loss amount of Rk. But what would be my legal rights here
We are married for +-9 years with a significant age gap.We have 3 kids of school going age Our marriage is characterized by abuse from my side. One could say that my wife's subsequent choices with wrong friends,as well as hurtful actions are probably caused by my actions over the years. She has since withdrawn herself emotionally, and is considering divorce. She is, however, open to counseling,as a last resort. Both of us wants things to be the way it was during our courtship. We both have since apologized to one another for all the hurtful things said and done.I am convinced our marriage is at this stage because of unresolved issues which weren't addressed earlier, and we should have gone this route previously.I admit, ashamedly, for putting her through this ordeal and am really hopeful for your assistance. There is fortunately communication between us,in fact there has never been a communication break down between us.My wife recently admitted that the love she felt for me is no longer there, but she still has hope that we can save our marriage.
