My husband and I got married in September but his status at Home Affairs still reglects as married. H3 got divorced in . We have the divorce decree but it does not reflect ID numbers. Home affairs refuse to update his marital status because of the Id numbers. High Court advised they can not reissue. We are stuck. Apparently we have to apply to hig court for an amended court order. We only have a month left to register our marriage. Please assist.
Representation at the CCMA hearing for unfair dismissal based on breach of trust. Said breach occurred two weeks before I got fired. I was allowed to continue working at the restaurant even after my hearing. Company was made aware of alleged breach of trust two weeks prior. I was able to continue working for two weeks then the hearing took place and for another week I continued working for the company. The breach of trust was because it seemed like I had fabricated counts, when I cant remember what exactly happened however I followed company policy and procedure yet I was still allowed to work. I'm seeking a ball park of costs that would be associated with going over my documents and then representation at the CCMA hearing that will take place on the 13th of November
I am unemployed. Since last year September when our family home was sold I have been supporting my two children with the proceeds from the sale, selling personal items and the odd photography session. My son is 13 and homeschooled. My daughter is 21, lives at home and is studying for a business diploma through correspondence. My husband who was removed by police for domestic violence sends R per week which contributes towards my children's food. I have no savings left and can not find work my husband is car dealer in Bethlehem and if he does not increase his contribution significantly we will be homeless soon.
Me and brother inherited property. I'm selling my portion to him. The agreement was that he will pay mounthly up untilll its settled. As from January he did not make any payment. In July this year he asked to give him time to sort his payslips then he will do an application at a bank to settle me in full. In September I send him the full statement of outstanding and that he must let me know when will we go to the bank. Up untill now no replay from him.
I want to claim rent from my unlawful tenants . These tenants have been given an eviction order for Jan 31st . They have not paid rent from June and even with the eviction order has not paid rent currently. I did try giving them an agreement for reduced rent but they have still not accepted agreement or paid anything . I also have a protection order against them granting me access to my property without interference and was then able to see the damages caused in my house . There were various demand letters sent which resulted in a positive eviction but I still need to claim my outstanding rent

Hi just that my son biological father has not been present for 7 years ...5 years ago we reach out as there was a clinical mistake made we apologized nd tried to get them involved he refused to in these years we have not forced them to do anything ...the biological father then said he wants ntn to do with the child and for us to respectfully leave him alone as we did he i jave all tje messageas to when we reached out to him nd his family ..now we have given them opportunity to come back into his life ..but now it's become demanding and threatening with alot of entitlement also he asked to be apart of the child life ..not the other way around..also the biological father very narcissistic and like to play the victim they have only been present 6 months and are now trying to poison the child nd run our house hold by constantly tell us what we need to do ... The biological father as well as his grandfather very narcissistic has no respect with communication or anything concerning Haydon .. I have then reached out to a lawyer That has explained to me to stop all communication and visitation As the biological father at this point has no legal rights and has to go and apply for it as he has not been present for 7 years and also has no proof.of paternity in this case His supposed lawyer explained the same to him ..but lies to us nd tell us Lawyers wants us to send medical records which we trying ro understand what does that have to do with the case ...he was advised that if he goes to the lawyers everything that they need they will contact me as we knw procedures ..I also have those.messages saved and printed I was also advice to get a protection order as we have explained that when he does not get his way he either threatens us or then tells Haydon he is not safe with Me nd he should not worry they are going to take him away This has now instilled fear and intermidation on Haydon to a point that he doesn't not want to go there anymore.. And let's just say the biological father does not take things very well if he does not get his way .. As in the beginning we rold them to.give the child.time to.adjust nd get to know them.Now.its become demanding nd Haydon been dragged into his father nd father's family tell the child.he needs to sort out his issues..or they wanting to give him a life lesson at his age Now i would please like to as what do I do in this scenario As I have compromised everytimw the have asked Yet coming from there side ..we must always be interrogated nd questioned As when we have death in the family that hs become a very big problem for his biological father ..biggest problem is have that the proceed to ask questions that they need to ask me the communicate via the child which I have asked countless time not to do
I need a letter of demand to be sent to my contractor. I suspect he lied about being registered, worked slowed down, I can’t get a plan out of him, material never arrives, and it appears they don’t know what they’re doing.
