How long does an architectural project typically last?

The system has sprung leaks on the second floor so there is water damage repair. Everything is at most two decades old. 2)refurbish the roof approx sqft. It has developed some leaks in the living room on the ground floor so this will be more of a water damage repair. 3) replace ceiling and install insulation ( sqft) 4) completely remodel kitchen including bringing down two non structural walls of an outdoor toilet to incorporate that space into the kitchen/scullery 5)Remove carpet and replace with tiling sqft We have all the house plans from the municipality but actual plans in place for the work to be done
