My pool level drops quite quickly to below the weir pump weir. My return jet is at a similar level as the weir, so I am not sure which side is leaking. My pool cleaner isn't running smoothly either, so I suspect the problem is on the weir side, but can't confirm. I have paving around my pool, so should the weir be replaced, the paving would need to be repaired as well.
We’ve neglected the pool over the winter period, it is green and has algae. We have tried to treat it with getting the water tested at builders and using the recommended chemicals however it’s not working. We need the bottom vacuumed I’m assuming, to get rid of the algae that has settled. We need once-off cleaning and treatment to be done. Please provide a quote for once off cleaning
about 5x12 metres (medium). pool leaking. pool is leaking since we bought the house in march . kept topping water level up because it was dropping below the weir. didn't know it was leaking. stopped topping it up six weeks ago. it has lost about 10-15cm. do you give a free quotation? if not, how much does it cost? do you require me to fill the pool again before the diagnostics?
Hi there Just an enquiry with regards to the cost of a weekly visit to clean our (small) pool at home (Denneoord, George). It’s really small - I have the exact measurements somewhere, but if I remember correctly, it’s 3.5 x 2 m, so not a big job. What would yr cost be, is it per visit, how often do u recommend and what wld u do on each visit? Not sure if u normally use your own equipment or mine? We have all the standard goodies.. My gardener used to clean our pool (fortnightly), but he’s Malawian and left SA in June. Many thanks and I look forward to your reply.
Hi, I need some help with my swimming pool. It is currently filled with algae, and I have tried treating it with chlorine, but the algae keeps coming back and seems to be using up the chlorine very quickly. I have shocked the pool before, but the problem keeps returning. I’m looking for someone who can properly clean and treat the pool, identify what is causing the algae to keep coming back, and get the water clear and balanced again. Hi. I need a quote on adding pool tiles to my pool around the edge of the pool. Not the steps just around the pool. Its fibreglass with very smooth paint. So likely may beed to be painted on, stuck on "tiles". Just to have it look a bit better ito dirt. Attached is what we would like. Currently no lining/tiles.

Swimming pool on our farm (old cement dam ) was painted , but paint became patchy . Considering to now install a PVC lining (mosaic or textured) . Pool almost empty already . Need to compare cost of repainting and using mosaic tiles around the edge , or pool liner for the whole pool . Size of pool : 4m x 8m x 2m .
Pool has been attempted to be fixed by multiple people. After a few months, I would lose water and we would discover a crack at the bottom of the pool on the shallow side. The people who fixed it previously then came back and advised me that my pool has a sink hole. So they dug up the pool and ever since then, they never came back. Pool has been left in that condition ever since.
