Quick and efficient service. Despite it being an emergency to have my earth leakage unit not working the contractor arrived on Sunday morning, so as to ensure that my problem was resolved as quick as possible.
I would have liked to know the total cost and not be surprised by the final cost. I was a bit shocked by the cost for such a quick job.
Really but u could talk to me when I was at your place my dear anyway thanks for your business once again
I hired Sheps Projects, a professional electrician from around Pretoria area contacted me. The worked he was hired for was electrician, ceiling replacement and ceiling insulation. I also had updated my building plan and it was the perfect time to rectify and update my electricity and rectify the wiring. He provided a COC after completing his work. We have inspected their work after that. What is found is very concerning. We just wanted the job done, and not to have much problems with it, but instead we got more problems.
Don't lie to people it's very rude and wrong we did the job nicely and u did pay us without any problems so why u didn't inspect the job before u pay I'm a professional electrician not chancer so please u are a bad person to work with if u don't tell people the truth before u pay them stop blackmailing innocent people for your own reasons u could call the inspectors before u pay us simple than to act dramatic like a small kid this is so embracing
We got sorted for a remodeling project by Sheps Project and were quite happy.
Thanks once again for your business

I'm looking to install vinyl flooring throughout the house. This might require the removal and reinstallation of existing BIC in Bedrooms, Kitchen, etc. Majority of the house has existing terracotta tiles that will need to be removed and I'm assuming the floors would need to be levelled before installation can happen. If budget permits, I'd also like to replace my woodend patio door with a cascading aluminium option.
I would like to fit new cupboards for more space availability in the kitchen, as well as space for washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. With granite counter tops. Space for a small 4 plate gas and oven stove with hob, and some down lights in the kitchen. It must look modern with a clean fresh look maybe white cupboards. And would like to re-do the 2 bedrooms wardrobes( the Inside, new layout and with sliding doors maybe because the space is limited.) and in the bathroom maybe put in new glass door in the shower and make the shower wall shorter for more space in.

The house has two levels: Level 1, garages and front paving area and Level 2 is garden and main house where stair-case leads from the gate. In order to increase the bottom parking area we need to extend it by excavating the adjacent garden area which is about 2 meter high from the bottom and to straighten the staircase. The work includes excavation of garden and removal of sand & breakdown of the existing staircase and retaining wall and removal of rubble, and then building the new retaining wall and staircase according to the engineers specifications: building plans and engineer's drawings are available to see onsite.
