We are looking to purchase a property in an estate that has been standing empty for a while. The main bedroom is tiny with en-suite bathroom We wish to extend the main bedroom should we buy the house. We need someone to tell us how much the extension will cost and if there are any other damages to the house that will require repairs. So I'd like to do a good amount of renovation to my new home. Id like to just state what we'd like to do in no particular order: so we'd like to renovate and modernise the bathroom and kitchen, update or change our wardrobes, tile the floors throughout the house (maybe even get heated tiles, we also have to remove a carpet) paint the interior of the house, change our geyser from the current low pressure geyser to a bigger high pressure geyser, change our carport sheets (awning) and I believe that's about it - concept of solar is considered especially for the geyser and the potential of heated tiles.
