Yes. I was relaxing on the parking of cars at work jouring my lunch time then some one take us some photo when we were surprised of that they call us at HR then they suppetent us n they never give us ay warning b4. cos at work all the things that they don't need us to do they just take pictures of it to show other people on a notice board but to us they didn't say anything. I bought a car on behalf of my daughter,and now a year later we found that the previous owner has not disclosed to us that the car's chassis was rusted to such an extend that this car would not have gone through the road worthy Test. They supplied us with a road worthy certificate without the car being at the test station. The owner admitted that in a W/A message. Can I keep them liable for the damages or the amount to fix it ?
The debt collector is demanding a payment of a car from me as the registered owner, whilst the car was not taken to the garage by me, I strongly disagree with the letter/summons. I feel this company is acting in bad faith ,refusing to provide a breakdown on an appalling debt no provide me where I entered into a contract with their client
I have been attending court for none compliance on maintenance. Thus far documentation has been insufficient for the court and the case get rescheduled for a later. Initially I wanted to pause and reduce the maintenance but after several seatings the maintenance officer could not resolve the dispute, while I was unemployed at the time it was difficult to commute between Mpumalanga and JHB.

I complained to my supervisor about this device but she did nothing. when this guy found out that I reported him one of his workers wrote me a letter to say we will no longer be needing your assistance. they blocked me at work from entering. yiu I sue him or the big conpany. it's a very big company
There's a company that I was servicing (to transport their clients parcels) . Earlier this year i served them with the documents to settle the outstanding invoice from last year in which they had 20 days to dispute or settle in which they ignored. Last week week they realized that their company will be blacklisted because of that outstanding, after that they immediately stopped my vehicles from accessing their clients premises without communicating or informing me. Up to date,I haven't received any communication from them and my vehicles are still barred from entering the premises which is the breach of our contract. So I need assistance with that
