I have filed my tax return, and supporting documents for my housing allowance. My tax is paid by my employer but SARS is now asking me for a sum of money and i have no clue how to resolve it because i have given them all of the documentation they requested. My name is blacklisted bcos of my ex-husband who have went to the debt collectors while I was no longer staying with him. The debt collector is failing to do their own invistigation of his current situation even after I have gave them some information regarding his current financial situation. He is now working at Anglo Mine in Angola. He refuse to come in board and fix the situation since his financials are not affected but mine. My father passed away last year while he had 2 wives one civil married(with 5 children over 18) the other traditional( with one child under 18). Civil married children went to fetch 3 vehicle from traditional wife where my father was staying. We had agreement but now she said we must bring back everything because she didn’t give us concent .
