I have filed my tax return, and supporting documents for my housing allowance. My tax is paid by my employer but SARS is now asking me for a sum of money and i have no clue how to resolve it because i have given them all of the documentation they requested. My name is blacklisted bcos of my ex-husband who have went to the debt collectors while I was no longer staying with him. The debt collector is failing to do their own invistigation of his current situation even after I have gave them some information regarding his current financial situation. He is now working at Anglo Mine in Angola. He refuse to come in board and fix the situation since his financials are not affected but mine. I am currently working as a security guard and cannot afford to use cash all the time, this situation has put me in a hindrance situation since my name is blacklisted
I have a dispute with SARS. They refunded me R20 in for a medical bill after an eye operation and 3 years later they demanded the money back. I have tried every avenue to sort this out with our success. With interest they have increased the amount to R60 . It is impossible get a walk in appointment with them.
Good morning I am in Maintenance court with my ex husband. From up until now we were in High court, Children’s court and I got custody of the children. My ex just keep on fighting me in court that I am Financially broken. We are back in Cullinan Magistrate Court 26 March and I had to end my Lawyer Theron INC representing me as I could not afford them any more. I attended the last court appearance on 31 January on my own and it was terrifying. Could you please assist. I have 2 property's I need transferred to my trust.One property has a value of R and the other has a value of R.I property is in sherfield hills balito and the other in verulam. The verulam property is 45yrs old and a bedroom house.The sherfield property i just purchased and has not been built as yet but I would like it transferred into my trust. The developers have their own attorneys but I requested my own attorneys do transfer because of costs.

My father passed away last year while he had 2 wives one civil married(with 5 children over 18) the other traditional( with one child under 18). Civil married children went to fetch 3 vehicle from traditional wife where my father was staying. We had agreement but now she said we must bring back everything because she didn’t give us concent . She mentioned 3 of my brothers to bring back the vehicle before 28 march.
The divorce was uncontested until I gave the settlement agreement to my soon to be ex-husband. He is refusing maintenance (we have been separated for 14 months and has not paid anything towards his child). I am solely paying towards my son. Since separation we have alternated 7 days with each parent. ( I did this to keep the peace) Although now with feedback over the past few months etc regarding the emotional state and mental state of my son (6years old) - he gets bad anxiety when away from me, as well as neglect regarding general school necessities and upkeep. I am a teacher at my sons school so I do get first hand communication as well as insight into his daily routines etc. The divorce has been at a stand still because of the contested parental agreements.
