Subject: Request for Quote & Remedial Work Inspection – Good Day,I am contacting you to see if you are available to take on some urgent remedial work at my property located at.Another contractor recently walked away from a project here, leaving behind severely poor workmanship that does not meet building standards. I need an experienced professional to inspect the site, advise on what can be salvaged or needs to be redone, and provide a formal, itemised quote. Because I intend to hold the original contractor financially liable for these repairs, I require a highly detailed breakdown of your assessment and costs. The specific issues that need to be addressed include:Brittle, crumbling plaster: The previous contractor failed to use the required wire mesh method across the clay structure. As a result, the plaster has failed to bond, is completely brittle, and crumbles away leaving holes at contact.Severely uneven and wavy walls: The walls are highly distorted following the poor plaster application.Roofline gaps: The uneven plastering has left a visible gap in the wall up by the roof.Unfinished gaps: A visible hole was completely missed and left open next to the window.Unlevel flooring: The new cement surface that was laid is completely unlevel across the floor.Structural gaps: Visible, unfinished holes have been left open in the corners of the cement floor.Property damage and severe mess: Hardened floor cement has been left stuck against the bottom of the walls due to a completely failed clean-up.Could you please let me know your earliest availability to come by and inspect the area? If you would like me to send photos of these issues ahead of time, please let me know.I look forward to hearing from you soon.I have more photos if needed.Best regards,

My car insurance claim was rejected by iwyze due to gross negligence, however no evidence or documentation was provided to substantiate this allegation. The accident occurred in the dark early hours of the morning in an intersection where traffic lights were non functional. The legal speed limit is 80Km/hr my tracker report shows 63Km/hr before collision. The photos taken on the scene also proof that I entered the intersection first and the other driver collided into my vehicle.

1. What are you (re)wiring? Whole house / new extension / one room / garage / DB board only? House, flat, business, or something else? How old is the building? 2. Why are you doing it? Old wiring failing, tripping, lights flickering? Adding new loads — geyser, stove, aircon, solar / inverter, workshop tools? Renovation or compliance for CoC? 3. What does the current setup look like? Single phase or 3-phase supply? What size main breaker — 60A, 80A? Is there an existing earth spike / earth leakage? Surface or conduit / trunking? Any aluminium wiring or old rubber / fabric cables? 4. What do you want the end result to be? Number of new plug points, lights, switches? Any dedicated circuits — geyser, stove, aircon, pool pump, inverter, sub-DB? Do you want LED downlights, smart switches, outside lights, etc.? 5. Practical stuff Are you doing it yourself or working with a registered electrician? In SA you’ll need a CoC under SANS -1 for any fixed installation work. Budget range and where you’re sourcing material — Builders, Voltex, ARB, local electrical shop? Do you have photos of the current DB board with the cover off and the areas you want to rewire? That helps a lot. Once you give me that, I can help you with: a proper circuit layout / load plan cable sizes and breaker sizes material list and quantities step-by-step safe sequence + what must be done by a qualified person
The flat has been rented out for a while, now I am moving back to the flat. It is a one bedroom with a lounge, kitchen & bathroom( all need attention) I need a company that is open to discussion and use of second hand cupboards for example and bathrooms, since these are now easily sourced from market place for example. The reaso for the request is budget constraints. Also where possible buystuff from Temu eg the wall panels instead of painting the walls. The flat willonly be accessible around 21 October As electricity needs to be sorted as well
