Good day, i would like to enquire a move out clean. I am based in waterfall new Kloof. My tenant has moved out and the house is very dirty, it needs a good clean and sanitize from the walls down in every room, windows sills, windows. It is a 4 room, one on suit with toilet basin and shower, 1 bathroom with bath tub toilet and basin, 1 shower room basin and toilet, kitchen, lounge and dinning room. House has been standing empty. Workers have fixed certain parts. It's mostly dusty. Need the place swept, bathrooms cleaned (dust on all surfaces), would be good if carpets in four bedrooms can be deep cleaned (if not vacuum at least); window sills and surfaces wiped down (dust), kitchen surfaces and sinks cleaned.
