How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
1) I require a load bearing pillar removed for vehicle entrance at the LHS of my property. 2) I require additional concrete slab alongside existing garage on 1st floor (for additional garage). 3.) Require an double storey outbuilding at rear of property.
