The wooden house is on three levels. Two bedrooms two bathrooms. Open plan kitchen lounge dining. Except for the main mezzanine bedroom all the rooms are relatively small. The estimate of - sqm is pure thumbsuck. There are no fitted carpets, just loose mats. All floors are wooden. Windows and ovens need to be done once a month.
