I am currently seeking legal representation regarding an ongoing child custody matter involving my daughter. Following a traumatic incident in December , which resulted in the child’s father being arrested for assault, I initiated legal action to secure custody. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to attend a court hearing in January , and a final order was granted awarding primary care to the father. My daughter and her partner is not married. They are living together in my house. They have a child together (boy - 1.8years old) She wants to end the relationship (he is verbally abuse, etc). he refuses to leave. She wants a court order / protection order to be addressed to him, giving him 3 days to leave the house. In this time, he is not allowed near the house or her or the child. I a divorced . Divorce decree. Property to be sold and proceeds to the three children ( minors at the time. Title deed in ex husband and my name. Unfortunately, the endorsement to transfer the title deed to my name was not done. The three children now adults do not wish to sell the property as the live with me at the property.
