We therefore request Counsel's preliminary merits assessment and quotation, with a view to proceeding with the appropriate civil action should Counsel advise that the evidence supports such proceedings. Affected areas are the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink and the toilet. The kitchen sink taps only release hot water from one tap while the other tap doesn't work completely. The bathroom tap has low pressure and doesn't release water immediately after you start turning the tap. The toilet doesn't flush in one go and needs you to flush at least 2 times before everything is flushed away.
