Household items: 2 mattresses and bases (1 queen and 1 double), a L-couch (2.75m by 2.11m) , 1 desk, 4 seater dinning table, small kitchen appliances (will be boxed), small book shelf, 2 bedside tables, 2 gas tanks, gas heater, tv stand, kitchen cutlery and crockery ( will be boxed), cleaning items ( will be bagged), small coffee table and clothing (will be boxed/bagged). In total 8-10 black boxes (L size box).
I have had a 15 kva system installed 2,5 years ago 18 JA half cut panels , 3 x5 kva Deye inverters and 3 x 5.2 Deyness batteries , since i had a control panel failure on main inverter repaired under warranty , now a loose connection on one stream dc breaker tightened all connectors , my problem is i dont trust the installation thats done would like a inspection and quote .
I bought a property on a sectional title as I understand however have not received my title deed for the past 3yrs. The seller has been trying to get Mogale City to approve infrastructure for the past 2yrs however I have come to know of this after I started building my property because my building project was stopped and so did others in the same location. I'm worried that I have been waiting for the seller to provide a title deed but they have not. I need advice and help to pursue this. Thank you
The house had an attemp of renovation, but the pans were made improperly. Need to make the front of the house bigger, but the electric board (DV Board) would need to be moved as well. Because it's located in an awkward spot due to previous people living here With the expansion, the bathroom would also need to be bigger. There is currently no gate and unfortunately the driveway to the garage is very steep. I am looking for a robust, attractive yet reliable and low-maintenance design with automation, approx 6m wide. If necessary, two posts (masonry) can also be built. Further fencing along the property (to the left and right of the gate) is also planned.

My pool pump is running, and so is my creepy - however there seems to be some kind of block in the system, or the pump is cavitating or similar. It does not pump strongly enough for the creepy to work well. I replaced the filter sand, but no dice. I urgently need someone to come and have a look as I have function on Saturday, and I want to have the (small, 10k litre) pool clean by then. Can you help please?
