There is a 16 unit complex that requires outdoor cleaning of the common areas. Specifically we need someone to clean after the garbage is collected by Municipality on Friday.
We are looking to clean a 1 x 1 bedroom apartment and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment used as airbnb on an adhoc basis. We require adhoc cleaning when our Guests check out to get the apartment ready for the next Guests checking in. So it won't be on a daily basis but adhoc as required. The cleaning times are from 10am until 3pm.
