Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
I'd like to build a 3 room house (with an open plan preferably) in Limpopo, Jane Furse. The house must have at least 1 bed room, 1 bathroom & an open space that I can divide in two for a living room & kitchen. I have at least 5 plans that I need quotes for so that I can decide which to build considering my budget. Also, I'd like to start my building project by October this year.
Want to build a drywalled spray booth. Size 6 (L) x3 (W) x2.5 (H). There is an existing brick wall for the one side. Two doors 2mt in height. A sealed window on the 6mt wall. To include lighting. To include fans for air in and an extractor for air out. Contractor would have to provide plans to the municipality and get necessary approvals from the municipality. Need this done in the shortest time possible.
I currently have an older flat that I am looking to do a full remodeling on. This includes painting etc. But I wish to focus on the bathroom in particular. The bathroom currently has a shower installed, I would like to know what it would cost me to have the shower removed and a bath installed instead with shower facility as well.
Require quotes for a bathroom and separate toilet renovation atm. Once the building plans are in place and approved, we would require quotes for an external granny flat/garage conversion also. Afterwards we would like to also renovate the rest of the main house, but all to happen is stages/phases due to people still occupying the premises.

Currently we have a 2 bedroom home and a small bathroom. All of the rooms are too small. We want to remove the current bathroom completely because it is next to the kitchen and make that space part of the kitchen. We want to use one of the existing rooms to convert it into a bathroom. We then want to extend the other bedroom as well as the kitchen and lounge area and add another bedroom as well.
The client requires 2 bathroom renovations. Bathroom 1 is 7sqm and includes the adjoining of the common bathroom and toilet by demolishing the existing wall between the two and bricking one of the doors. I am in Brandwoodpark in Kuilsrivier my house roof is leaking in its asbestos roof that is beyond repair so the roof needs to be replaced the roof is +-m2 I need quotes to replace the roof with ibr roof sheets the whole structure of the roof needs replacing even the facia boards I need the quote to make informed decisions about the finances needed to have it replaced.
I currently do have garage doors and carports in front of the garages. My cars do not fit into the garages anymore and are currently standing under the carports but I have big dogs who are not moving between the cars and damaging them so I need some advice on what to do. I will only be available for a site inspection after 17:00
