A brief about ourselves, we have been together for the past five years but we we only did our tradition ceremony last year in June. Where we received a letter from the chief confirming our lobola payment ceremony. We would like to start the process next year early January.

Party A(land rover) drove in party B(toyota), in to party C (corsa bakkie.),but A don't want to take responsibility for he's action and pay for the damage,as he feel that party B was wrong,as party B drove wanted to turn right but waited for on coming to pass before do so.. I have invested R + R = R) with Khanyisa Energy Group (PTY) LTD under Mr Shaun Khotsa around September and the agreement was every deal they receive I will receive 40% in return on every invoice issued by the company. After I transferred the money Shaun did not stick to his promises on the agreement or even show me the deal(s) he entered into. So I informed him that I am not happy about the situation and I am cancelling the agreement and I need my money back. He promised to pay me, but never paid me. I approached Scorpion legal protection and they phoned him and also wrote the letter of demand to him and he never paid me or even make payment arrangements . I need your assistance to claim my money back or hold something to the value of money and 40% since September until we get hold of him or according to Scorpion Legal protection recommendations and KAMFER attorneys . i have a dispute with a tenant the lease is about a month old. On 29 September i sent an email wherein i informed the tenent of my intent to cancel the lease. My husband's ex spouse has been slandering my name. She also has caused alot of havoc by contacting my workplace and accusing me of being a homewrecker. I was forced to get an restraining order against her and now we going to appear in court 17th October. This woman has also violated the POPI Act by sharing my details with another third party. I wish to have her lockup or pay for slandering my name.
On the morning of 16th of September I was involved in a minor car accident. My vehicle was stationary & a guy reversed into me causing damage on my bumper, bonnet & components on the inside of the bonnet. Both of our license disks are expired & the guy refused to go to the police station, but said he’d take full accountability. I then proceeded to take pictures of the damage & his details. He then gave me wrong contact details because I tried calling him several time & eventually left a text message & got no response from him. I then decided to go seek video footage of the accident in order to protect myself & be able to provide evidence should he try running away. Because he had divulged where he works & I took a picture of his workplace access card, I decided to go to his workplace & couldn’t find him so I left a message with a lady that works for SAPS but she’s deployed at the presidency offices, that’s where this guy works. He then sent me a text after receiving the message, in his text he first claimed that I bumped him at the back. Little did he know I have footage. After an exchange of texts he eventually agreed to have been in the wrong & said he’d fix my car, but he disputes that he’s the one that caused the damage & he’s only willing to fix my bumper. I sent him footage & a picture of what my car looked like & he tried to find damage that is nonexistent & circled where he claims to be damage. That’s when I realized that I needed more evidence to prove my case, I took screenshots & kept all the voice notes between us, I even met with him & he tried to demonstrate that the damaged caused couldn’t have been him & claims that my car was already damaged before. I then told him that I’d find footage or pictures of my car before the accident because I had been in a security complex that has cameras to pic up a child I was dropping off at a school where this guy bumped me. His son attends the same school & barred witness & so did the security guard who tried stopping him as he reversed & I also hooted. So I went on to find footage of my car at this security complex +-45mins before he bumped me which clearly dismantled his argument. The guy still refuses & it’s been a back & forth between us till this day, hence I’m seeking legal assistance. I don’t know if this will be any help, but his son lied at school when they asked him about the accident & said that his dad paid me off. I’m happy to provide all the evidence I’ve compiled…
