We are looking to clean a 1 x 1 bedroom apartment and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment used as airbnb on an adhoc basis. We require adhoc cleaning when our Guests check out to get the apartment ready for the next Guests checking in. So it won't be on a daily basis but adhoc as required. The cleaning times are from 10am until 3pm.

Good day, We had some renovations done, removal of tiles etc., so everything is a bit dusty. We will need the walls to be washed before painting. Basically we have 3 Bathrooms, Kitchen, 2 Sitting rooms, passage, 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms and one sitting room have carpets, the rest is tiled. Thanks a million

We need the floors and walls (the ceiling is quite high) to be cleaned: the floors will need to be scrubbed, as they are beige and the walls need to be wiped off. The previous tenant wiped the walls only halfway up, so now there are marks halfway up the walls. We also need help with unpacking and folding some clothes and linen and with putting it into cupboards. I have put it down as an extra, Laundry and ironing.
