I was brought feom JHB to here with contract. I was promised a removal and commission and permanent employment after 3 months. I was offered accomodation that would be taken off my pay. I have now been evicted 2x and have an arbitration case for constructive dismissal. I had two hearings a month apart after enquiring as to why money was being deducted off my salary and not paid to rental agent. I was last paid full in March then it became part payment and then no payment. I have lost everything and need help to win this case . I have not received the commission. I was told by my boss his phone isnt paid but my house is.

I am being harassed and intimidated by the Estate manager of my complex who has actually never even met me . I am watched constantly by trustees in the complex. He has also ruines my chances of moving to another unit in the complex by talking to the owner and bad mouthing me. This is because when I moved in I took a couch outside to wait for collection. It sat there for 3 hours and photos were taken and I was threatened with eviction. I did not se a sign stating not to put my clothing horse in the bin area amd if was a genuine mistake . He watched me walk there then sent Gardner back with it to my unit then sent cctv photos of me to my Estate agent and the building owners and fibed me R. He refused for month to prograne my remotes to get in and out the complex amd my estate agent refuses to help me or fix anything I ask in the house.
