I am Business based in Midrand, in I did Business with a Customer based in Modimolle, I supplied and installed IT equipment through bank finance. The application was processed with All the Customers documents for Finance. After the Installation the Customer requested a cancelation, but refused to pay. My Attorney based in Johannesburg did send a letter of demand. We were threatened with NCR and their after all letters ignored. I require assistance to proceed with summons for an Attorney in that Area.
To start with general cleaning of the garden, weeding, possible cutting back Sterlitzia in garden. shrub trimming if not included in maintenance. A small patch of grass replanting. Possibly thereafter maintenance on a monthly basis. Have small projects in mind and would like to do as funds are available.

Tenants electricity was cut off by municipality due to landlords overdue account. Landlord does not have the funds to pay the account. There is a 3 year lease agreement between tenant and landlord. Current tenant was unaware of the issue. The landlord did the same to previous tenant and kept her deposit when she moved after 3 months. They had a 1 year lease agreement. Tenant needs the electricity to be restored, if possible
