We have a current patio area but it is not ideal for a proper patio set and braai. We would like a complete patio with a built in braai section. We need a basin and storage space for wood ect. The house is already constructed. There is no finishing, no tiling, no ceiling, no electrical wiring its basically empty it's just an empty box.
