It is one of the old asbestos roofs, please we need an urgent assistance we ready to hire, we as siblings are not around PE but we've been told the weather is not so great, it's our parents house that is a home to all of us and needs to be fixed asap.
I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment. I had a new roof installed but i'm not sure if its done correctly and cant get hold of the guys now. Would like to know if i need to do anything or just wait until it breaks. There seems to be alot of movement on the new sheeting. Installed chromoadek but its not as firm as the old rotten one. Sheets seem to be drilled in firm at the scews. The other thing i'm concerned about is the headwall and sidewall flashing, it does not seem flush against the wall and they just put membrane and sealed it.

Prior to purchase of property. On the ceilings I noticed small water marks, like condensation. I am in the UK and looked on Google earth and noticed that there are two areas which look like water pooling. I need an inspection to advise of issue, can it be repaired or replaced and cost and timeframe
Floor that will provide warmer underfoot than tiling. We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. What to replace it with ? Insurance claim involved

There is a leak in the roof. I've gone to do an inspection but it's not clear where its coming from. I suspect it's from the opening for the electrical work. I will attach.
