When the sink tap is closed after the dishes are washed, there is consistent gurgling/dripping sound in the pipe for 15 seconds. Thereafter, everytime the tap is opened or closed the sound re-appears. We used drain cleaner, as instructed. The initial blockage seems to be clear but the sound after tap is closed persist. The maintenance guys on the estate tried but little success. Any suggestions!!!

I've been summoned to to court for reckless and negligent driving on the 17th of this month (Friday). Originally I was led to assume my membership with Scorpion legal was covering me but after yesterday's call I found out I was not, hence why I'm contacting you guys so late. I was on my way from the Rayton toll gate approaching Bronkhorstspruit, when I was followed by an unmarked white BMW and as I'm driving a high risk car I panicked and attempted to pull away from them until they eventually lit their blue lights close the the bronkhorstspruit on ramp. I was then escorted to the station and charged for reckless and negligent driving and given a bail of R. Mmy daughter wasn't well so I explained that i still have to drive to KZN, Richards Bay and as I did not have cash on me at the time I was then escorted by the police officers to the ATM to withdraw the bail money.

The judge then ruled out the case declined it due to lack of evidence and it was a hearsay. The judge instructed me to stay away from that family. This year on the 8 August the family got together due to my grandfather being missing. The father of the plaintiff who opened a case against me threatened to kill me and punched me on my shoulder 3 times. Of which I just pushed him away and we kept on pushing each other. I then left the family home in fear of my life. My wife approached the father and he threatened her with a firearm and intentionally bumped her. Left my wife in a cast for 4 months. We opened a case against the father of which he is my wife's uncle. The case is still on going and being postponed. The son is representing the father in the case. Who recently opened his law firm. The father then opened a counter charge against myself and my wife. The court declined the charge and closed the charge or case. Today myself and my wife received a letter of demand from the sons law firm stating that they want R3 million for his sister dignity and for a claim she made 2 years ago against me and the court ruled it out due to lack of evidence. Can we counter sue the law firm, the father and the sister. Or can we add this to the case that we opened against the father for gbv. We also opened protection orders against the father and the judge/court served him with the protection order.
