We are looking for someone to cater for our pre-production crew that will be onsite from 20th Dec - 7th Jan. I have attached a document indicating the rough numbers of crew that will be onsite each day during this time for you to review. REQUIREMENTS : Breakfast, Lunch & a very simple craft spot (Juices, Biscuits, tea and Coffee) each day BUDGET : Our budget is R per person per day in total (all inclusive with no hidden costs) Please advise on what you could menu you could offer for this amount. We will be in a reserve with limited infrastructure but will supply tables and chairs for crew at our catering tent - the rest would need to be supplied by yourself. We have a 3 bedroom house to move. Dining table 8 seeter, 3 x 2 seater lounge suit, 1 recliner chair, fridge, washjng machine, dishwasher etc. We just sold our house today and transfer should take place in January . Hi, the venue is actually in the Crags (but the form field wouldn't accept that as a 'city'). Rainforest Eco Lodge, Robbie road. It's for a 50th birthday. Kick off 2pm for people to eat late afternoon, early evening. Numbers are still in flux but 40 adults invited and 12 kids. Probably we will hit 40 pax.
