We require the supply and installation of a reception-controlled access system for our main entrance in Witbank. The system must allow the receptionist to: Communicate with visitors at the entrance (preferably via both audio and video). View the visitor on a screen (if video-enabled). Remotely unlock the door/gate via a door release button on their desk. The system must include: A visitor station (intercom unit with call button) mounted at the entrance. A reception desk unit (with handset/speaker and optional screen for video). A compatible electric strike or magnetic lock to unlock the door/gate. I am looking for someone that is familiar with Hikvision pro alarm system. It is installed already but it's giving me problems, it's a very basic setup with only 3 outdoor beams. The 2 beams keep disconnecting and its not even 6 months old. The cellular network card keeps connecting and disconnecting.
