I own a property on Parow, its situated at 50 Provident North, Avondale, and would like plans drawn up of the existing property so that I can then plan how to do any renovations. I tried unsuccessfully to get plans from the municipality probably because the house was built many years ago. Kindly let me know what is the cost of drawing up a plan for the existing property. I would like to convert our corner plot to a carport area with some I.R.B sheets to inclosing the open area that is facing the road.But we have completed the boundary wall facing the road with some vibracrete fencing which is 8slabs high and I have a good idea how to make use of it but I am going to need a good acritect to make sure that it is right way and to submit it to the original plans of the house.

General maintenance and repairs - please price separately per item listed below 1. Bedroom cupboard shelves need realignment or replaced where damaged 2. Bedroom cupboard doors need to be aligned or re-adjusted 3. Kitchen door hinges and/or door lock needs adjustment to close properly. 4. Washing lines need to be replaced (use nylon, not rope) 5. Small oil drips on the driveway need to be cleaned 6. Top kitchen corner cupboard has mould inside and the backboard needs to be cleaned or replaced 7. Require a carport structure to be erected next to a braai room in my backyard. Material (steel sheets, steel lipped channel purlins, steel flashing and steel poles) are on site. The area to be covered is 6.25 x 3.45. The contractor must be able to erect steel carports, have a welder as part of his team and have power tools to cut steel purlins, steel sheet and steel poles. Roof structure requires welding.
Additional flat above double garage. Double garage already closed of and made into rooms. Will also need plans on new garage where car port is standing. Building is for my parents in law retirement. I need someone to come and do a site visit on 17 June anytime after 1pm. My parents in law are here and would like to be part of the discussions.
