I purchased a property in Johannesburg, which has since been transferred into my name. Before the purchase and transfer, I was not informed that there was no lawful water meter serving the property or that the water connection may be illegal. I was only told that the water pressure was low and that I should contact Johannesburg Water. After contacting Johannesburg Water, their technician inspected the property and advised that there is no meter in the meter box and that the water supply is illegally connected. I was advised that I must apply for a new 20 mm water meter to regularise the supply, at an estimated cost of approximately R23,00 This issue appears to have existed before transfer and was not disclosed to me. The transferring attorneys have written to the sellers and the bank, but the sellers are not responding to those emails or messages from an agent I would like legal advice on my rights, who should be responsible for the cost of correcting this issue, and what action can be taken to obtain an urgent resolution and recover any costs I may incur.

We just cot the devorce case number but my daughter husband left the house and he just want her to pay every thing now like the rent and she doe nt even get enough money to yo pay for it so he pay the rend now he doesn't what to pay her anny child suport but the place are on both of there names what must we do
Bathroom: currently I have a bath shower, but I'd like the bath removed and just a regular shower installed. Kitchen: currently there is a wall hole from kitchen to lounge, with an island in the middle. I'd like the majority of the separating wall removed, and a free/floating island placed in the new joint kitchen lounge. Not sure what walls we can take down however as one may be a load bearing wall.
This is regarding the house It's an RDP house on the statement it shows 3 names of people under it, it seems like the house was sold without any agreement We went to court and get the letter of authority and we went to go and do a title-deed and still appears the three names so now we need a lawyer that will help to transfer 1 name in the title deed

Don't have children together and 2 months after our separation he got into a new relationship we haven't lived together since September . I don't have money to go to court and just started a new job so I'm not able to take off work now to go directly to court. I live in Centurion and he moved to Newcastle in January . I only have his work details. I really don't have thousands of rands as I had to rebuild everything as he emptied the house and sold everything even my wedding ring
