This is for a sloped garden. I would like to design and install a flat lawn on one of the levels, this would require digging and leveling as well as pathways and mini walls. The size of the lawn would be approximately /sqm. See two pictures attached for the current sloped garden. I have been trying to get rid of cockroaches since winter. I suspect they love my flat as i havent fumigated due to my weak lungs and not wanting to risk my health (Im disabled) and Ive had to stick to pet safe versions of control as I have a infoor cat who likes tasting /chewing on things. But a friend said you had good results at her boyfriends flat & could even do a follow up etc? Its a small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat.

Good day, I have been working abroad for about 5-6 years now. 1 year in South Korea and 5 years in Beijing China. I paid tax in both of these countries. My income is still less that 1.25m per year. Recently I bought a house in South Africa that brings in a rental income of about 10-15 rand per month. This is the only income I am getting from South Africa. I dont know if I have a tax number since I never really worked in South Africa. When I worked in SA it was bartending and waiter jobs while I was studying...below the tax bracket. After my studies I went directly abroad and only come back for holidays once every 3-4 years for 1 month. Can you give me advice on how I should handle my taxes in South Africa? Or is no tax filing needed in my case?

Hi, I am situated in Parkrand, Boksburg. 90 % of our property is paved We need a garden service that knows how to work garden beds (the difference between a weed and a plant etc). Our garden has pretty much been demolished by our soon to be "ex-garden service". We need people who know what they're doing and having a green-thumb is not necessary, but an added bonus. Good morning I am in Maintenance court with my ex husband. From up until now we were in High court, Children’s court and I got custody of the children. My ex just keep on fighting me in court that I am Financially broken. We are back in Cullinan Magistrate Court 26 March and I had to end my Lawyer Theron INC representing me as I could not afford them any more. I attended the last court appearance on 31 January on my own and it was terrifying. Could you please assist.
